Program Structure
& Pairings
Each pairing is expected to meet bi-weekly throughout the entire school year (September to April). Mentor-mentee pairings can connect in-person, by phone, or through video chat platforms.
Pairings are made based on a criteria such as including career interests and goals, educational background, and personal interests. We welcome and encourage individuals from diverse backgrounds to join our program, to ensure all STEM careers are represented.

Applications open July 28 to August 31.
Gain advice, encouragement, and support from an industry professional or graduate student in your field as you navigate academic and career challenges.
Mentee applications are open from September 1-September 21.
Spots may be limited given our mentor availability!
